This was an awesome experience. The tent was great and it was in a fantastic spot to watch the sunset at night. Having the heater was amazing because we had our 4 year old and 6 month old with us. The kitchen and bathrooms were a really nice bonus for us.

Although I never got to meet Ruth, I could tell she was a wonderful person by the texts we had exchanged and reading other reviews. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Rustin, who was very kind and informative. This review is not about the host, and other than the trash can in the tent had not been emptied from the previous camper, the accomodations we're nice. My problem is the dogs barking all night long. I don't know if they were on the property or the surrounding properties, but there were several that barked through the night and kept me awake. Also, in the other glamping tent the family had a young baby that cried and screamed every two hours, I'm assuming to be fed. So this glamper didn't get a bit of sleep. I ended up packing up and leaving at 6 a.m. for my 5 hour drive home with no sleep. I do feel like I didn't get my money's worth in my stay. Maybe put an age limit on families, so other glampers can enjoy the otherwise peaceful surroundings. I know not much can be done about the dogs, unless they belonged to staff. It really is a beautiful place!

Loved it. This is a beautiful, peaceful spot. You're set up with everything you need and nothing you don't. We decided to stay here on a bit of a whim, so we loved that we could essentially show up and not worry about whether or not we'd remembered to pack the cooler, sleeping bags, lantern, etc. The bathroom and shower were clean, modern, and stocked with soap. Bed was comfy and we were pleasantly surprised to find a power strip for charging our phones and a space heater for chilly nights. Watched the sunset from our little deck and then cooked up veggies from the farm stand for dinner - doesn't get any better than that! Everyone we met was really friendly and we really enjoyed the farm tour. We'll be back!

I recently visited with my 10 yr old daughter and stayed 2 nights - can't wait to come back. What a neat spot! Well situated, peaceful and the tent was immaculate.
Ruth and staff were exceptionally helpful & an absolute delight to deal with. Don't miss the farm tour, it's absolutely worth it and very informative. 10/10

We had the pleasure of staying at Ruth's glamping farm.
Just far enough from Arroyo Grande village to relax in peace and close enough to quickly drive into town for an awesome meal. Ruth's outdoor kitchen was perfect fully furnished with necessary cookware and utensils. I seriously want an outdoor kitchen back home.
I highly recommend the farm tour - Rustin provided an amazing amount of details and has knowledge of all aspect of the organic farm.
Thanks again Ruth!
We will be back and next time we will bring my parents.

Rich was the perfect Hip camper - curious and adventurous yet mellow enough to appreciate our natural setting and amenities. We'd love to have you back Rich and yes, by all means bring your parents.
