Sully's Bunkhouse at the Farm

The Bunkhouse is a unique and comfortable option for campers who are looking for a little more 'glam' in their camp farm stay. Located at the entrance to the center pasture, the Bunkhouse offers a close encounter with the goats and ducks who prefer this spot on the land. Wake up to gentle farm sounds and Sully the Rooster may add the chorus line! 

The Bunkhouse is just up the road from the mighty Fraser River and its campsites and 25 minutes outside of Prince George on the historic Hart highway. 

In addition to the Bunkhouse, 2 available campsites are up the trail from the farm. A third parking site is available for #vanlife with access to the same amenities. Check out the listings for the Trickle Creek RAVINE site, tucked under the pines at the edge of our seasonal creek and the Hawthorn MEADOW site which sits tucked into the trees and backs onto the fenced goat meadow full of willow and aspens and a very rare Hawthorn Tree! 

Pick up at the airport is possible on advance request for $35.

Campers can visit with the hobby farm animals through the fence or with a guide. Stroll through the meandering paths in the center meadow and visits horses if they linger at the back gate. Love goats? They will love you! Please refrain from giving them treats. There are chickens and ducks eggs for your use if you can get past Sully the Rooster! (I'm happy to help ... he only thinks he is the boss.) Our lamb and his Billy Goat friend keep the front pasture full of fun.

The property is adjacent to the Hart highway so ease of access is ideal. The Salmon Valley campground and treat wagon (with blissful coffee and baked goods) is a 5 minute drive or spend some time at the river bank for a swim, also 5 minutes drive. 

Feeling touristy? Find your own secret fishing hole at one of 1,600 local lakes, rivers and streams. Kayak in quiet waters and fish for trout. Take a wooded walk among sacred cedars at a rare inland rainforest, Prince George’s Ancient Forest. Stroll through the visual arts of Two Rivers Gallery. During the summer, explore trails at the ever-expanding Pidherny biking site. Follow your backcountry wanderlust on 124 miles (200 kilometers) of hiking trails at Tabor Mountain Recreation. Stay overnight at mountain cabins on Raven Lake and other remote spots. When the snow falls, visit the Nordic Ski Centre. We support all season camping!!
