We would like to welcome you to our small space on a quiet horse and hobby farm. We have taken out fences, emptied and cleared roughly an acre for you to set up tents, camper vans, small trailers or RVs to stay and enjoy the area.

We are located just minutes from the U.S. border crossing and Abbotsford International Airport.

The farm is surrounded by beautiful BC parks and there is often wildlife passing through, or overhead. Jackman park and wetlands, also the home of the world-renowned Raptors knoll disc park, is directly accessible by foot from the camping area. Aldergrove Regional Park offers an off-leash dog park, more than 9km of horse trails, walking and biking trails and is just a short walk, horseback ride, or bike ride from the campsites. Maan Farms Market & Estate Winery is a 15-minute drive.

We offer spacious horse paddocks with shelters to board your horse and ample room to park your horse trailer while you enjoy the area. There are also multiple local wineries, breweries and restaurants. The Greater Vancouver Zoo is a 10-minute drive, Doordash happily delivers and there are several local pizza places that also deliver.

WIFI, outdoor cold water showers, hammocks, use of a BBQ or gas fire included (these items are first come first serve included in price).

You can pick blackberries which are in season in August! We are also really excited to partner with Aldergrove farm shoppe. The farm shoppe offers a small luncheon service during disc tournaments with cold drinks and farm to table sandwiches and many other farm-fresh options. Freshly baked sourdough, fresh free-range eggs, in-season fruit and veggies all grown or donated and created from the "farm next door" pls check their website to order or visit Dominika at one of her events during tournaments.

We allow smoking but ask that you respect others and use designated smoking areas.

Located an hour from downtown Vancouver, minutes from the US border, and literal steps from one of the best disc golf courses in B.C., if not the world, Zip Camp is a both convenient and wonderful place to set up camp.

Following the driveway to the back of the property, past barns and livestock, one is met with a well-organized and peaceful campground. It’s clear that welcoming host Diane has put time and care into designing the grounds, providing level gravel sites best for those with camper vans, as well as grass sites more suitable for tents. Wooden benches and rock fire pits are ready to be enjoyed in the evenings, and hammocks are hanging from the cottonwoods perfect for an afternoon nap. Fresh water is provided, as well as a clean porta-potty, and there’s even wifi, albeit a bit weak.

On the property, one is sheltered from most road noise, and there’s a sense of privacy from the outside world. Chickens wander freely, and the horses look on or eat their hay. Stepping through the back gate, one is met with the highly regarded Raptors Knoll Disc Golf Course, which is free to play and spans 18 holes over 40 acres.

Off the property, minutes away are both Campbell Valley Regional Park and Aldergrove Regional Park which provide ample opportunity for walking, picnicking, etc. As mentioned, the border crossing is exceptionally close, and Vancouver is a short drive away.

Overall Zip Camp is a great choice to set up a basecamp and explore the lower mainland, or rest a bit before or after crossing the border. For disc golfers, Zip Camp is an absolute no-brainer.
