It was raining the first night but slept outside in the tent and was completely fine. There was quite a bit of mud but if you’re not a wuss you can deal with it. Definitely don’t bring your little two door, It will get stuck or have problems after. He is putting in a gravel road. But I say bring something that won’t break vehicle wise. Absolutely beautiful the scenery is so nice, there is peace and quiet at night, The waterfall sounds amazing.the cabin does get nice and toasty, the windows are just in the right spot to let in enough air. We were comfortable the whole trip, you can easily make it the temp you want. The cabin isn’t close to any other buildings so you can be pretty loud, We had music going most of the time. We are definitely coming back!

Always a good time out at Ken's place. The cabin has come along a bit more. Still has some insulating left to do. He now has a gas heater set up for warmth. We brought our space heaters and it helped keep the chill off.

Quiet, isolated. Great spot. Not good for cars. Want truck or jeep, or could get stuck or high centered. About a 100 foot walk from parking spot to camp area with fence between the two.

The listing says a hundred acres of hiking, but probably only 10% of that is true. I would say 90% of the land is just cow pasture. So if you want to hike through an empty field covered in poop then I guess a hundred acres of hiking is accurate. Even the entire campsite was covered in poop . My dogs stepped in it several times. He also says you can sleep up to 14. I think 5 or 6 would be crowded in that small cabin. The roads are also undrivable if there has been any rain at all. The host did not tell me that I may not be able to exit his property until after I had already driven up to the campsite. He was correct. Our Truck was stuck in the mud for 2 days and he had to pull us out with a four-wheel drive vehicle that had mud tires. He informed me that there would be a propane heater, but he did not provide enough propane and did not tell me to bring my own. We ran out of propane at about 3 in the morning and it was 38 degrees outside. I feel like the host is completely misrepresenting his property and I honestly feel like I was tricked. I am an avid camper, I have been doing this for years at public and private sites and I have never had such a terrible experience. I have never seen such an inaccurate description for a campsite.

Very quiet and peaceful. Had all the necessities as a shelter. Had charcoal grill and fire pit. Outhouse was a little far away and not very sturdy but served its purpose. We would go back!

Ken, the host, was very friendly and accommodating. We never felt like a bother with him! His land is beautiful as well. We will definitely come back!

We had the best time! Ken was a great host. He met us at the gate, showed us to the campsite, and gave us a tour of the area. The campsite was perfect for our group. The kids had a great time exploring the creek bed and swimming hole. Definitely recommend!

I am a 22 year old women and went to stay there by myself. Ken was very welcoming and even built a fire for me. Cute cows on the property too! Very calm country stay. Definitely worth a stop!

A very special camp site with complete privacy in a beautiful setting. The host is fantastic. We were there when the water levels were low, but Ken turned on a recirculating pump that created a stream by our tent site. The cows visited around dinner time and we spotted all sorts of birds. They are finishing a cabin that will be rented as well, and it looks great.

Ken was waiting on us when we arrived. He's a very welcoming host and led us out to our site. We absolutely LOVED watching the cows graze around us while sounds of the waterfall and crackling fire filled the air around us. As the night set in we could hear the owls hooting and frogs singing. The cabin was rustic, the two couches make nice sized single beds which we used, and our boys slept in the loft above us. Would stay here again

It may be on a farm and sure there are cow patties. But at least the traffic and light ambiance was on point! You could see stars for days!!

Lovely property with cows and horses. Horses came to visit! Ken has 4 or 5 campsites, far apart. We set up our van in the pretty pasture at the edge of the fencing, right up against the shade of the wooded area. Ken said tent campers often go beyond the fence under the trees, into the picturesque woods. Our site was grassy, which is really nice compared to usual dirt/gravel. Very secluded (we only saw one other human and dog way far off across the pasture) and that’s what we were after! Only about 45 minutes from Tulsa, and just a tiny bit tricky to find. Look for an old white Weekender RV by a cool rusty iron gate with a turnstile.

Ken was very welcoming and awesome.
He did let us know that there had been no/to little rain the last few weeks and the creek that runs to the pool was not running. I think the pool would be amazing if there had been rain.
There is a grill and an A frame structure for added shelter.
Very secluded and private.
We will try to rebook when there has been rain.
