Pitch your tent, or park your RV or vehicle, next to the Irons Fork with beautiful views of nature and the Ouachita Mountains. Enjoy fishing at Big Pond (catch and release) or at Irons Fork, participate in our sustainable farming and building workshops, and watch the calves play on our working cattle farm. Look for crystals & arrowheads and check out the ancient mounds of Native Americans. Listen for the calls of the coyote. When a pack starts howling, whether to welcome home a pack mate, or to communicate to those in the distance, it is an awesome sound. (No fear, these coyotes do not attack :) ).

Located seven miles east of Mena, Arkansas, our farm has been in the family since 1897 and is listed as a Century Farm with the state of Arkansas. It is a working cattle farm on 150 beautiful acres with frontage along the Irons Fork River in the beautiful Ouachita Mountains. Venture off the farm and take advantage of the plethora of things to do in the area; canoeing, boating, ATV trails, swimming, hunting, hiking, state parks, antiquing, and more. The Ouachita National Forest is just a short distance away (half a mile).

The Blue; Zipline and Farm is our agritourism attraction which was started as a way to get kids who have an autism spectrum disorder into the great outdoors . A few years ago we started offering sustainable workshops which are open to the public; gardening, building with cob, repurposing pallet wood, etc. We may have one scheduled during your stay with us. Join us on this great adventure. (We're autism friendly, hence the name Blue)

And check out our zip line canopy tour while you're here. All campers receive 12% off for the zip lines. Our camp sites do not offer RV hookups at this time. We are dog friendly and have seven dogs of our own. We do not allow metal detecting on the property under any circumstances due to it being a historical site. Should you lose an item, such as a ring or necklace, let us know and we will use our equipment to help locate it. Due to erosion on our farm roads and streams due to flooding, we have only two campsite available at this time. Site #1 is a shady, grassy area that overlooks Big Pond. Site #2 is on top of a large hill which overlooks the valleys to the south and the mountains to the north. Check back later as we will be offering campsites for our Solar Eclipse Festival for April 8, 2024. We are in the direct path of totality.

Very private area to camp while enjoying a great view of the national Forrest. Zip lines were fun time and great experience. Shelly was very helpful on events going on in the area. Restrooms were within walking distance and great to have.

I had a great stay, Shelly showed me the way to the campsite and left me to explore. Beautiful creek off of the campsite to sit and listen to the bubbling brook.

Our family of 6 stayed at #4 for three nights . It was nice and quiet, totally off grid, and beautiful scenery/landscape. Shelly was very knowledgeable about the area and the land and she gave lots of recommendations for things our family could do.

Private property with amazing views. We were greeted by the 8+ super friendly paw patrols. My kids immediately started playing with them. Shelly was very welcoming and kept me informed upcoming rain. Next morning we woke up to the farm rooster call ( 2 hrs past first sunlight ) and met all the chickens and chicks that were roaming by our tent.
Even the cows were super friendly..

Zip line & the stream was super close. We didn’t get to use it this trip but I’d come back again . We went to diamond state park after that which was about 1.5 hrs beautiful scenic drive away. Ur kids are under 12 and they all loved the animal friendly experiment.

We had such a wonderful time camping at the Blue Farm! We stayed on site #4. Very secluded, surrounded by beautiful trees. Beautiful, scenic drive on the way to and from the campsite. Got to get up close and personal with very friendly cows. A nice 15-minute walk from the zip lining. Night time zip lining was fun, but next time I think we will stick to the day time! We hope to come back one day!

Basic camping - flushing toilet and warm water to shower was a plus. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and we enjoyed the doggies greeting us. The camp host was friendly and informative.
