Well maintained and beautiful .
Loved the camp ground well Maintance and maintained the host were laid back and the views weee awesome super chill. Definitely coming back here as one of our many secret favorite camping locations of arkansas. A little boy on a golf cart also brought us some wood and we were very greatful since we ran out of propane to cook with we used the fire.
Two good fall nights by the river.
We enjoyed the stay on an off-season fall Thursday and Friday. The host was up the hill, steered us into our spot near the river and then we had the campground all to ourselves the first night. Another camper pulled in the second. No complaints! We’ll have to come back and float the river on a warmer day.
Relaxing, peaceful, beautiful
Our family and friends rented 2 of their rv sites and ended up the lower ones closer to the river. We absolutely loved everything about their property and our sites.
The hosts were very nice and helpful, the views were amazing, the fishing was good, our site was well spaced from other camp sites, and our kids (ages 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, & 9) absolutely loved exploring the property. We will definitely be returning.
Great escape and great host
This was a great place to get away for the weekend. It is spacious and the host are friendly and helpful. They do a great job of spacing out campers to give you privacy. We stayed at a lower RV site by river. It has lots of shade and only steps to the river or bathroom.
We had our own canoes and was easy to have them shuttle us up river and float back to camp. The water and fishing were great. It did rain all day on Sunday and the host came to check on us and let us know the river was still rising through the night. This was a great place and great host. We will be back next summer!
We ended up staying at a primative site because it sounded more along the lines of what we wanted and closer to the river. Very nice place and super cool to camp at. Me and my friends all enjoyed it alot and had a great time!
Kayaking kampsite is simply rad
Amanda and Casey have a super Haven indeed. These friendly folks keep a really nice campgrounds and the riverside site where I stayed was a good example of how they're maintained - nice shade during the day but plenty of open skies at night.
The river was a joy and was filled with fish, getting a kayak and a shuttle couldn't have been easier and Casey was very helpful (and patient) while my dog got accustomed to being on a kayak. He also gave plenty of good tips and advice.
This is a great spot. I'd visit again and would highly recommend!
We spent a wonderful two nights here next to the river on the fourth of July weekend. This is a beautiful spot with lots to do here or in the surrounding area. Thank you, Amanda!
