Description

Just outside of Flagstaff is a hidden gem of a campground. Actually, campground might be a bit of an exaggeration. Let’s just say, dispersed camping is allowed but there are NO amenities. That means it’s just you, your tent, amazing views, and an incredible diversity of wildlife. Sometimes there’s a lake with extreme numbers of waterfowl, sometimes there’s a puddle, and sometimes there’s nothing. In most years, when the lake sticks around, it’s stocked with trout for your angling pleasure. If this sounds like you’re kind of vacation, all you have to do is show up.
