I have a relatively attractive, quiet property with shady, mowed, relatively level paddock and easy access. The Property is located 5 minutes from Geographe Bay (1.5km as the crow flies) and 8 min drive to Busselton CBD and our infamous jetty.
Busselton hosts a wonderful array of cafe's, bars and restaurants. Close by are magic beaches, caves and numerous wineries and breweries.
Well behaved, non barking dogs permitted. Plse keep restrained unless in the exercise paddock, as a courtesy to other guests.
There is a great pooch friendly fenced paddock where they can have a run, chase a ball without fear of running off. Also a smaller run. Plse pick up poo!
NO CHECKINS AFTER 6.30PM unless previously arranged at time of booking plse.
Guests MUST be fully self contained with their own toilet and shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. No dumping of waste (grey water is fine) on property. NO EXCEPTIONS, sorry.
Please top up your WATER PRIOR TO ARRIVING....thank you. NO FIRES OR OPEN FLAMES WHATSOEVER during our summer shire fire restrictions season. Our neighbours value their homes.

There is no set check in or out time unless there is a site crossover day. I try to keep it as relaxing as possible but plse adhere to before 6.30 or advise time as it is disturbing not just for me but other campers. TIA.
Entry is via the SECOND driveway on the right if coming from Busselton side, with green colourbond fence. After coming through gates swing hard left directly into the camping paddock. It is very easy access. Camp sites are designated with vertical tape on the fence and a number. Please park between vertical tapes on site number assigned.
Please back into your site and park car across front of van in front, there is plenty of space (not on the side), to give you all plenty of room between vans.
If it is holiday season I will allocate a camp site number, so plse ask if not sure. Off season pretty much camp where you like.

The busy periods you are understandably alot closer due to numbers. The Property is located 5 minutes drive from Geographe Bay (2 km as the crow flies) and 8 min to Busselton CBD and our infamous jetty. If walking/cycling there is a short cut via Kookaburra Rd which comes out on the Bypass left of Fairway Drive roundabout.

Well behaved, non barking dogs permitted. They must be restrained and cleaned up after. There is a great pooch friendly fenced paddock where they can have a run, chase a ball without fear of running off or encroaching on other campers. Also an enclosed dog specific run, with shelter, that upon your own inspection and responsibility, you can leave your dogs for a few hours. NO locking of dogs in vans unaccompanied. Proviso being that they won't stress or bark and short duration only. I am happy to watch them and give them a fuss, if I'm home. Guests MUST be fully SELF CONTAINED with their own OWN TOILET AND WATER. NO EXCEPTIONS! You will be turned away! This is my home! Must take all waste with you on departure. No dumping of waste (grey water is fine) on property. Please top up your water prior to leaving home....thank you. No fires whatsoever during our summer shire fire restrictions season.

The property is mostly for the convenience of being in the Busselton surrounds so not a remote, isolated area and not for those seeking such but is a pretty quiet area and private with a great proximity to town and beaches. You are parked next to other campers at busy times. Since listing property it is getting busier, so early bookings are encouraged. Please be aware that if you cancel within a week of your booking, I have already turned away campers wanting to stay, due to being full. I ask that you plse be considerate of this and if you need to cancel, plse do it as early as possible. Situations arise where this is not possible, more to be aware that other campers would have loved your spot and it leaves a gap that probably wont be filled, if only a week prior, you cancel. Plse be considerate of others trying to access the same property. Thank you. 😊 No checking in after 7.30pm unless previously arranged, due to respect in disturbing other campers. NO SCHOOL LEAVERS.
