Experience our small and private RV sites in a quiet location in the rural town of Rush, near Ashland KY. We provide full hook ups with 30 amp electric connection, water, and sewage. We also provide wifi throughout the property. We are an 8 minute drive from Rush Off-Road - a 7,000 acre off-road park with over 100 miles of trails with new trails being opened up regularly. The RV sites can accommodate up to a 50 ft RV or trailer as well as parking for an additional car or truck. The site dimensions are 30ft wide by 60ft long. Your RV/trailer must be self-contained as we do not have a toilet onsite. The sites are flat and guests will have to back-in. Pets are welcome but you must keep them on leash. Campfires are permitted as long as there is no fire ban. PLEASE NOTE, I can provide a discount if you are booking for one month or more. This Family farm is located in Cottageville, WV. It is owned and operated by my father Doug. We have had this farm since 1999. it’s primarily a cattle farming operation. We have tractors, cattle, old barns and new barns, hay fields, hilltops with great views, trails, a few ponds, berry bushes, and a great yard with a fire pit area under the giant silver maple tree. We don’t have any dogs but your is welcome. You will be welcome to enjoy the farm house porch and explore the entire farm, just make sure you shut any gates you go through. If you are interested, we have a studio apartment rental above the garage with its own private entrance that we also rent out. Additionally we have an RV that is also available for rental if you would like to invite your family and friends to join your trip and need extra space.Learn more about this land:We have a beautiful farm with access to 500+ acres to hike, ride atv’s, fish, and play. There is water and electric hookups next to our fire pit area. This is the end of the road so it’s very quiet and peaceful. You are welcome to bring your own atv’s and horses if you would like to use them on the property. Just make sure to notify us beforehand so we can have you sign a liability release. Located a few miles away Ripley Wv, there is a Kroger and Walmart for your shopping needs. RV lengths over 40’ are not advisable because of the 1 mile tight road you must go down to reach the farm.

Along the banks of the Beech Fork Lake, Beech Fork State Park is a secluded getaway surprisingly convenient to anyone in the tri-state area of West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio. Just ten miles off the interstate, locals flock to the beach here and out-of-towners take their pick of over 200 campsites in four campgrounds. The Beech Fork Lake Marina in the center of the park is privately owned, and rents out paddle boats if you wanna go Flinstone’s style (they also have canoes and pontoons). Sporty folks will love the wide variety of athletic fields here (volleyball, tennis, basketball, and softball), while the animal lovers can check out frogs, toads, raptors, deer, fox, and songbirds at the Beech Fork Lake Wildlife Management Area. In the surrounding towns, you’ll find plenty of mini golf parks, a public gun range, the Milton Flea Market, and Heritage Farms, an Appalachian village replica with museum, school, and old-fashioned merchants.
