Eden on the Cape is a 1 acre lot nestled along the banks of the Skagit River roughly 3 miles west of Concrete, WA. Whether you seek adventure or a quiet basecamp, this is the place for you. Camping and fishing onsite and adventure everywhere you look. Hiking, biking, kayaking, local shopping, it's all here. We have a well graded camping area complete with power and potable water. Bring your outdoor spirit and we will provide the scenery. The area is noted for the large population of bald eagles so bring binoculars because there is almost always something to see on the river. The Skagit River along with Baker Lake and Shannon Lake (just to the north) are great places for fishing so check the WDFW guide to see what is open. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Thank you.

What a beautiful peaceful place! Tons of room for the kids and dogs , and plenty of trailer space. WiFi was great, directions clear and we love it here!

The site is large and has a nice table, fire pit, hookups, etc. We enjoyed being able to look over the River - the view is nice. Dan also gave great instructions so everything was clear and easy. One important thing to note is that the two sites are right next to one another. This would be fantastic for a large group because you are basically all in one large spot with four hookups. However, in our case, the group next to us was very large (12+ people) and very loud. So our quiet camping trip by the river was not what we expected. Adding complexity, the property on the other side was also quite loud, particularly with their late night outdoor movies. At one point both groups were blaring loud outdoor movies while we tried to enjoy a campfire (and then tried to sleep) between them. The property is nice but beware that you are somewhat at the mercy of whomever has rented the other half.

Fun labor day weekend!
Perfect camping weekend as an extended family! As a family with 3 trailers we fit at the site with room to spare. Beautiful view but the river was too swift for swimming. Dan is an excellent host, super responsive. Thanks again for a great weekend!

Overall great site!
This is an overall great site! It was super convenient being right on the water. The river spot was very fast and very rocky, just an fyi, not a good spot for swimming or fishing. Also when booking we didn’t realize the site was kind of in the middle of a neighborhood. So also a heads up on that, the campsites are bordered with neighbors. And also if you are going as a large group it would definitely be worth it to book both sites so you don’t have to worry about disturbing the other campsite. Great amenities, and hookup for our trailer, and easy enough to pull in and back out. Great campsite itself. Would love to see a toilet out there so that we wouldn’t have to bring our camper. All that being said, we will probably be back again :)

Great spot
Beautiful spot. The downside is that it is located within an HOA housing community. Very dusty in the warmer months.

We loved our time at Dan’s! It was so spacious yet private. We had no issues getting in or checking out. This is a great set up for rvs and trailers. The River had a large bank and we fished most of Saturday. We’re new to fly fishing and had a great time practicing. The water is fast and deep here so if you have kids or pets this would be pretty dangerous to let them swim. We waded knee deep with our newfy in a life jacket and felt safe but any further out would be very dangerous. Just something to keep in mind. This place is incredible and i highly rate it!!
