Situated on the shoreline of the Hood Canal (technically a fjord), Twanoh State Park boasts one of the largest saltwater beaches in Washington State. Yeah, the Skokomish Tribe totally knew what’s up. Just bring your own equipment. The park is open year-round for camping and sunsets over the canal (sorry, fjord) can be as dreamy as Jared Leto’s hair.
