Treebird Organics Farm and Ranch is surrounded by organic farms and has been certified organic for 20 years! Our family has been farming the land since 2012. The property is 45 acres and has over 3000 feet of flowing water, complete with waterfalls and a pond. We are lucky to have an abundance of mountain water to keep our farm thriving.
How we got our name, Treebird: Michael's and Rebecca's (the owners') nicknames growing up were Tree and Bird, respectively. Ironically, they also felt like their nicknames matched their personalities. One is rooted and very attached to place, whereas the other likes adventure and seeing the sights. Can you guess which is which? ;-) Even more ironically, they want to plant tons of trees all over the property to make habitat for wildlife (especially birds) and grow perennial crops, and they also love raising chickens as part of the farm. Now they've even adopted the name as part of the family, naming both of their children after trees and birds.
