And first place goes to…..
I just have to say that this campsite is by far our favorite out of all the hip camps we have stayed at some of the other hip camps. We’ve been to have felt less like camping and more like parking in RV at somebody’s house. I have not had a bad experience at any Hipcamp however, this place was the best experience. The property is absolutely beautiful. We lucked out and had incredible weather for November. We live in Troutdale where it’s super windy and it was so nice to get away from the wind. We went on a walk around the property and on the first day we saw several deer. When we first arrived, it was dark and we were a little nervous about pulling in there, because it looks questionable, but it was so easy to get our trailer in and back into the spot. They have a well bathroom and inside they had reading material, deodorant and lotion. They also had water and soap outside so you can wash your hands. We were able to run our generator the entire time with no complaints, and there was a gentleman who lived on the property who was available when we had questions. I would recommend this Hipcamp to anyone.

No daylight
Due to our plans, we did not get to the site until well after dark and left before daybreak in the AM. Rhoda’s directions were spot on and there is plenty of space at the site. Although it was dark, we could tell the surroundings were beautiful.

Everything was great. Our hosts were very nice and welcoming. If possible, get there when there is light in the sky. It was a little difficult figuring out where to put the RV at dark because there aren't any lights, which is also part of the charm. We loved it and want to go back!

First hipcamp experience.
Campsite and trails are really nice. You can see the host’s property from the sites but it’s not too close, still private. Outhouse was very clean, had a sawdust system to keep the smell under control. Hosts were very kind, when we ran out of wood they brought more directly to our site and charged us next to nothing for it. Luna the dog is sweet and plays fetch. We used site number 2 to camp in our car. Good for two but also would have fit a group. Would stay here again.

Serene and close to town.
Rhoda has some amazing land close to the Columbia River Gorge. With easy access to Washougal, WA for anything you might need.
Tent sites are set up for groups with plenty of space and the new outhouse is clean and stocked.
Thanks for hosting Rhoda.
