A huge beautiful clear lake surrounded by mountains, Lake Wenatchee is a Northwest icon. The five mile long lake is perfect for beginning swimmers as well as a destination for boaters and windsurfers. Camping at Lake Wenatchee is closed for the winter, but facilities stay open year round if you’re up there for a day adventure. The state park is a 489 acre camping park with 12,623 feet of waterfront on glacier-fed Lake Wenatchee and the Wenatchee River. The park has 155 tent spaces, 2 water and electric sites, one dump station, seven restrooms, and 16 showers. In addition, the park provides two ADA campsites. In addition to ample water activities, there are hiking, biking, and horse trails, as well as wildlife viewing, skiing and dog sledding in the winter!

We spent so much time at this private sandy beach. Just a short path from Site 2!
If you pitch your tent down on the landing you can see the sunset looking north over a mellow eddy in the river.
View of Site 2 from the far side of the site. Both sites are gorgeous and huge - you honestly can't lose at The Landing!
The Landing is our top choice for campgrounds in Western Washington, and we love both sites!
The site had so much open space and we had 16 acres all to our selves!
