Great trip with kids and dogs!
This site is so lovely! It was cozy, secluded and perfect for our overnight trip with our kids and dogs. The kids had a great time exploring and it was great to let the dogs off leash without worrying. The river was super high during our visit (we’ve had record rainfall this year) and we got stuck in the mud on the way out. Danny and the folks who run the site were so kind and friendly, and nice enough to come down and help us get unstuck! We are excited to come back with the kids this summer to fish and swim in the river.

Site 1 - Camping at Riverdale Farms
Site 1 was perfect, large enough for two overland vehicles and trailer. Clean and peaceful. It was winter so we didn’t coming the water but we will be back for sure.

Just what I needed
I loved the site even on a cold day it was beautiful and relaxing. I would have requested an extra day but the water was rising. My dog loved it and so did I!
The only thing I would change is earlier check in times , 1pm is too late in the day to really enjoy the area.

Dan and Diane are pleasant and very welcoming! Their land is gorgeous and the tent sites are always well kept. This is my second time here and plan to return in the future.
