Welcome to Somerville Park, a 500 acre sheep farm at Fosterville. There are a variety of beautiful campsites suitable for self-contained guests who have their own toilet/shower facilities and drinking water. Fires are permitted out of fire restriction times and feel free to bring your furry friends, making sure they're leashed at all times. The farm is completely surrounded by the Wellsford state forest which offers bush walking and many tracks for bike riding. Mt Sugarloaf which is situated south of the property provides a great hike. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets create beautiful reflections on the water in the numerous dams on the property. Rainfall can restrict access to sites on the property. The city of Bendigo is 25mins drive. Epsom is a 15min drive where you will find a shopping centre which includes a petrol station, Woollies, Pizza, Chemist Warehouse, Aldi, Brumbys Bakery, Reject Shop, Fish and Chips and BWS. Lake Eppalock is a 25min drive where you can engage in water sport activities. The Campaspe River is 10mins away. The farm is very quiet and restful with the sounds of abundant native bird life and provides great subjects and scenery for the photographic enthusiast.

Sunset View
Great camping at the Sunset View site over a warm Easter long weekend. It was easy to set up tents on a flat site surrounded by remnant bushland, and we were well separated from neighbouring campers. The hosts, Bec, Sheryl and family were extremely welcoming and very well organised. I recommend this site to campers seeking a self contained site with plenty of space in a bush setting. Bird life was in abundance and the views at sunset were gorgeous.

Valley View (Large groups)
We had an amazing, peaceful Easter stay at Sheryl's property. We were greeted on arrival and shown to our spacious camp and Sheryl and her daughter took the time to check in with us through out our stay. The kids had an amazing time bike riding around the property as well as kayaking on the dam. Highly recommend booking this camp.

Lone Setting
Lovely secluded spot to stay not too far from Bendigo, Heathcote, Lake Eppalock and surrounds. Loved our site ‘Lone Setting’ and was the perfect place to hide away from Easter hordes! Sheryl and Bec were lovely and very helpful hosts.

Sheryl and Bec were warm and welcoming hosts. Their communication was excellent and they shared some great tips for local places to visit. Each camp site on the property is unique, and they are spread far enough apart that you hardly notice other campers. We really enjoyed having so much space, the wildlife, being able to have a fire and our chats. Looking forward to returning and trying out a different site.
