Our 97 acres has 1.5 kms of waterfront with open spaces and bushland and you are welcome to choose which spot you wish to set up camp. Set up camp right on the water's edge or higher on the hill.
You can enjoy direct access to the Lake, feel free to leave your boat/ski in the water so you can enjoy that early morning glassy water ski, canoe, SUP, swim or fish. Please note: Water level varies all year round.
You might even see our kangaroos that frequent our property which is Land for Wildlife accredited.
Fishing, water sports or just going for a walk around the bluff are just a snippet of what we have on offer. Such a special piece of paradise.
Close to the hills, where you can enjoy motorbike riding (no motorbikes to be ridden on the property), horse riding, Blores Hill Mountain Bike Park, and more.

Weather permitting January/February is Hay Season, large tractors will be on site cutting and rolling bales of Hay.
March/April is Harvest Time for our Hazelnut Groves.
If you book a stay during these times, there will be a lot of activities and sounds between 10am & 6pm each day.

Come and set up camp for a few days on this private site at Paradise Beach.Campers will love the short walk to the beach, an established fire pit and access to (a small amount of) water from the provided tank. There is a cabin on the property which is not accessible.There are no facilities here, campers will need to be self sufficient and leave no trace. A short drive down the road you'll find a general store, a takeaway shop and great picnic areas.The property is located 3.5 hours east of Melbourne.Entry to the site is from a small driveway on the lower side of the property. Many, many moons ago the property use to be a tobacco farm. The original house use to be at the top camp site but was burnt down in the 1960's. A small cottage was then built and lived in for the next
10 years, while the original owner made mud bricks by hand and built the house, that is currently our home. All built by hand more than 42 years ago!
Here, you have several fantastic camp areas to choose from, some with access to amenities, some for self-contained campers. We've also recently started offering the mudbrick house for rent! A great option for a warmer stay in the Victorian winter, or if you are a large group and some want to camp whereas others want more comfort.

Site 4: is high up and has spectacular views, fit up to 12 people.
Site 5: is the most secluded, big site, fits up to 12 people. Also with great views.
Please no loud music - we are a place for those looking to relax.

We are a working farm with cattle. The property features dense forest, sparse forest and open paddocks.
The farm has calves which are hand fed, lots of birdlife, a dam for canoeing, and a pontoon on the dam for sunbaking. Our property is located close to Mt Baw Baw, 1.5 hours from Mt Hotham, and 40 mins to beach.
Sit around the campfire in the evenings and enjoy a little star gazing.
This campsite suits self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower. There is access to a drinking water supply. There is a shelter with a basic kitchen including an oven, cooktop burner and a dishwashing station. The kitchen has a pot belly fireplace to keep warm.
We ask that you leave no trace and take all rubbish and belongings with you. During wet weather our paddocks do get a bit boggy so please send me a message to discuss, if you're unsure about your vehicle.
We're located close to the snowies for all your mountain and snow adventures. Mountain bike riding and National Parks nearby, enjoy a quiet weekend or as busy as you like.
