We have a wonderful 153 hectare (380 acre) property - predominately bush, but also with open farmland and with an 800 metre frontage on the Delatite River.
There is abundant wildlife including all the usual suspects: kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas, wombats as well as lots of birds such as eagles, hawks, cockatoos, kookaburras, parrots and wrens.
There are plenty of attractions in the general area, including local vineyards, Mt Buller and the High Country and Eildon Weir. Mansfield is 25 mins away and its 20 mins to Goughs Bay.
