Wake to the sound of bird calls and babbling water in this private, secluded retreat. Our land used to be part of a large working sheep farm owned by the Cobb family (1700's). It eventually turned into a dairy farm property, and now we own 10 special acres designed with horses in mind. Our special piece abuts a 40-acre corn field, the confluence of the Mad and Winoski Rivers and Cobb Mountain. From here, you can stay on foot, mountain bike or hoof to access endless miles of trails and meadows up on Cobb Mountain. Come visit this gateway to the Scenic Mad River Valley!
