Come on in, the water’s great! Yup, you’re so going to love the warm waters of Willard Bay. Step away from those ice cold, high alpine reservoirs and make your way out here. A mere 12 miles from Ogden on the flood plains of the Great Salt Lake, Willard Bay couldn’t be easier to reach. By day you can enjoy the reservoir with some boating, swimming, and fishing shenanigans. At night, drift into a peaceful slumber underneath the park’s tall cottonwood trees. In the winter, this is the place to come to watch nesting eagles and other wildlife.

The park has two recently renovated marinas next to the bay, plus modern day-use and campground facilities. You’ll have everything you need for a weekend of outdoor fun—and you probably won’t want to leave!
