Almost 700 acres of Utah high desert located just east of the mining ghost town of Hiawatha Utah. This property was originally inhabited by prehistoric Fremont Native Americans and later homesteaded by Europeans in the late 1880's and early 1920's. Multiple scattered Fremont pit houses and other historic structures remain untouched on the property. The original Italian Perucci Family homesteaded here in the early 19th century.
