Site #1 view of the pond
Our stay was great. Mark obviously takes great pride in the place. It is beautiful and well maintained. The bathroom/shower was clean, had hot water and was easily accessible. I would definitely stay again.

Tree House on the Pond
Best little treehouse in Arkansas!
I made reservations last May for Mark’s Treehouse on the Pond to view the April 8, 2024 eclipse.
I wanted a place that was somewhat private but not too far from Little Rock, outdoorsy to view the eclipse and surrounded by nature.
My friend and I fell in love with our treehouse. Mark, the host was awesome!!! He assisted us with lots of request. Quickly. The best host I ever met. So easygoing and laid back.
Good conversation, a roaring fire every night (we stayed three nights), a hot shower and private bathroom area, a pond to seat around and lovely area to walk my doggies.
While it’s not a hotel or 5 stars accommodation, it met our needs and we felt like we were kids again in the treehouse.
Mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee pot, and lots of other items to make your stay pleasant.
I highly recommend Mark and his property. He also has good stories. Ask him about paw paw trees and prohibitions bottles. His little Jack Russell is a sweet boy. Looking forward to visiting again when I pass through again.

Marc was extremely friendly and gave great recommendations for things to do while visiting Arkansas. The property is also beautiful and a peaceful place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.
