Located just off beautiful Lake Medina in Lakehills, Texas. This property is in the path of totality for the April 2024 Total Eclipse! Don't miss this once in a lifetime opportunity to see this event. Our property is perfect for viewing! Laurel Ranch was started in 2019 and functions as a regenerative farm. We have beautiful campsites surrounded by our farm. Guests will experience wildlife and farm life up close. You will see cows, turkeys, goas, sheep, chickens and more make for a unique camping experience. (Don't be surprised if a cow or turkeys are at your campsite during your stay) To make your farm camping experience complete, we have Laurel Ranch Farm products available for sale as well as an opportunity to experience the animals up close on Friday and Saturday mornings. Whether you are getting away from the city for a weekend or stopping by on a cross country camping trip, we look forward to hosting you and sharing our little piece of paradise.

Primitive Camp Sites

We stayed two nights in the Laurel Ranch Primitive Camp Site and it was great. We had all our own supplies, so we didn't need much else than a safe space to camp. The port-a-potty was convenient and clean. There is a lot of space and trees between the sites provide some privacy and separation. The hosts were friendly and responded quickly to messages. Couldn't ask for much better. Thanks!

Camping with animals!

We went camping for the solar eclipse! Friendly animals, nice campsite with recently added campfire and trash deposits. The top portion of the land had a beautiful lookout of the lake - perfect for watching sunset.

We loved camping on Jaime's land! Everything was just perfect - lots of little touches to make it really outstanding. The picnic table, the solar lights and the super clean toilet were great. My kids loved wandering round the farm and seeing the animals. We were only staying one night but will be back for a longer stay!

My absolute favorite Campsite!!

Absolutely loved camping on Jaime’s land! Coming from Houston city life, I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the farm animals and getting to hear and see them through the day from our campsite was my favorite part of our stay. The porta potty was very well maintained with plenty toiltet paper and it was a short walking distance to our site. At the site, we had a picnic table, fire ring, bucket of water to put out our camp fire, trash can, and solar lights for lighting that set a beautiful ambience at night. Highly recommend booking Jamie’s land for your next camping trip.
