At the Confluence of the Mighty Llano River and the Majestic James River lies something completely unexpected - an undiscovered gem in the Texas hill country. The Dos Rios. We have over 19.3 acres of hill country beauty to explore. Take a casual dip in the mighty Llano River, or take the plunge off of 20-foot red rock cliffs into deep cool water. Kayak, canoe, swim, visit the Eckart Bat Cave, or take a scenic drive down the gorgeous James River Road (a winding gravel road that goes over several low water crossings on the crystal clear James River). Enjoy the island in front of the property, with its beaches and multiple access points to swimming holes. We also have camping, a tiny home and a fully renovated vintage airstream available (see other Hipcamp listings). We also rent kayaks and canoes! www.dosriosrvpark.com

Tiny Home 12
Family-friendly Camping with Kids
I love Tiny Home. Very COZY and CLEAN! Love smelling the wood from the cabin. It has stand-in shower, kitchen including microwave and mini-refridgator and bunk bed that is enough for 5-6 people. Campfire and grill are few steps away from the cabin's door. AC, is the bonus! My husband, my adorable two toddlers under 2 and I enjoy the stay and will DEFINITELY come back next time!

Better than expected!
We had a great time and will be going back again. The campground looked nice on the hipcamp website, but it was actually way better in person. We loved renting canoe and launching from the campground. All the sites were nice. Every person working there was extremely nice. Overall great campground, great people, Llano river access, swimming, canoeing, shuttle service offered by the campground, beautiful river front properties, free wifi, good showers, hot water, restrooms, and just all around good vibes.

Awesome tent Starlink and Restrooms
We had to book this place as a backup as our other location never responded and what an awesome surprise this was. To top it off there was a huge storm that took all of Texas so this was literally the only place we could find to camp and it has a tent hut that was super nice and it was a comfortable time despite the weather. 10/10 we will be back.

Tent camping for the weekend
It was a misty weekend when we went, but the campground was still very beautiful. There wasn’t any phone signal once we got in, but that was a plus for us. The campgrounds use letters instead of numbers as it’s listed here, so that was a little confusing at first, but we were allowed to pick our own site that wasn’t already occupied in the tent area. Each sight has a pick-nick table, fire pit, and grill. They are a little narrow, so be aware of that if you’re tent camping and have a larger vehicle. The bathrooms were cleaned daily which I really appreciated. We had our two pups with us and had no trouble at all.. The area was gorgeous and I would highly recommend and would visit again. The host was very kind and offered to take our trash the last day to the dumpster for us.
