SOHO River Cabin, Tennessee

A few years ago we found the perfect spot to build our log cabin. Almost five acres with a creek, a workshop, and large barn , sitting at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. The land is mostly level with a small mountain range across the back , mountain view, and farm land all around making it a beautiful , peaceful country setting. The little cabin that's on site now is an older mobile home with an addition. It is all on a permanent foundation and has a nice tin roof for rainy nights. There is air conditioning for summer and furnace heat and a wood stove for winter. Nothing fancy, but cozy and clean. We love it! We are not quite ready to build , so we decided to rent the cabin for others to enjoy the area. There is so much to do in the area. I'm a Realtor so several of my clients have stayed there and it's renting quickly for
