This park offers rolling plains, granite peaks, and a gorgeous lake!
Explore the 71,000 acres in the Black Hills on various hiking trails. You can hike, bike, and ride horseback on most of the trails. Scenic drives are also popular in this park.
In the fall, you can attend the Buffalo Roundup and Arts Festival. Gasp in awe at the sight of buffalo charging across the plains. During the season, this park allows hunting.
Year-round, you can visit the Gordon Stockade. This historic site dates back to the 1870s when gold was discovered in the Black Hills. Take a tour of Badger Hole during the summer months.
