If yo need sewer at the site check out my other lot "Close to Everything 2" No RV older than 2000 and must be in good repair.

Eddie has done an excellent job of setting up three sites in his backyard. Two with full hookups. The location was ideal for us visiting a friend nearby and convenient to Charleston.

Nice Site near Charleston,SC

This site was clean, quiet, and only 25 minutes to King street! I would definitely be using this site more when visiting Charleston.

Quiet, peaceful stay

Eddie's RV site was perfect for us! Quiet yet close to everything we wanted to do and see. Eddie is very knowledgeable about the area and it's rich history. Eddie exemplifies Southern charm and hospitality. When we come back this way we will definitely stay at Eddie's again.

Perfect place for us to use for our camper while we visited our daughter in Mt. Pleasant! Great communication from Eddie and he even came to greet us!

Excellent place to camp. Upon our arrival, Eddie welcomed us with tour book of Charleston. The three sites on Eddie's property are designed extremely well, they are spacious, level, gravel sites with either FHU or water/electric and a dump station. A fire pit and picnic table are also provided. The property is immaculate. It's also conveniently located near shopping and a 25 minute ride to Charleston. This will now be our go to place when we are visiting our friends.

Great Spot!

This was a great spot! Very clean and great space. Eddie was extremely friendly and super responsive to any questions we had. Directions were very straight forward. Site was around 30/40 minutes from downtown Charleston depending on traffic. I would definitely stay again.
