Previously a cattle property, when we arrived there were 2 Kangaroos waiting to greet us, by our fence gate. It was a fabulous sight to see having relocated from suburbia. Ever since that time we regularly see kangaroos at all times of the day and early evening. This property has been the dream of my husband and I for many years and finally it has come true. We know how we feel when we turn off the highway and onto the road that takes us to our property, with the stresses and worries just melting away, breathing in the crisp, clean air, lightly scented with the pine oils or, after a rain, the smell of the earth and light scent of eucalyptus. With both of us coming from a healthcare background, we know how important it is to disconnect, recharge & reboot. Having personally experienced the impact of our fast paced lifestyle on our health

Having personally experienced the impact of our fast paced lifestyle on our health and well-being, we want to be able to make positive change and contribute to the betterment of our community and the return to a more balanced lifestyle. We believe we can do this by sharing our small patch of paradise, and allowing our community to experience what we are living each and every day on MARLU TARRA.
