We are located in the '14 river crossings' Cambanoora Gorge, just 2.5 hrs from Brisbane and the Gold Coast. This 1500 acre working cattle and horse property offers a variety of completely private, riverside campsites. * 4WD access only. Suitable for fully self-contained camper trailers, and high clearance, four-wheel-drive camping outfits. * Note Campers must be self-contained and bring their own camping toilet. (No holes in the ground, must be a chemical toilet where you take your waste with you). * We are dog-friendly but they must be cattle, horse and wildlife-friendly. You can BYO horse for $12 per horse per day, and keep it in our secure yards. You are welcome to explore the Cambanoora Gorge (it's part of the national trail) and/or our property on your horse. We had a great time at this property. The views are lovely and the site was beautifully presented. A great grass site. We even managed to sight the resident platypus. Thanks Bernie for a great campsite. We will come again.

Wynola Country Cousins - The Cave

What a gem of a spot!

What an absolutely beautiful and special spot! We loved staying here and exploring both the property and the area with our children and we thoroughly look forward to our next visit. Bernie and Jo were such wonderful and kind hosts, from the fabulous communication prior and during our stay to the amazing bundle of firewood that we purchased and the lovely chats. Recommend 110%! Will be back!

Wynola Country Cousins The Junction

Peace and quiet.

We loved the 4 nights we spent at The Cave. Great site, large and flat. Easy access to the creek and a large fire pit. Had to go through a couple of gates to get to the site but that meant it was private with no road noise that we noticed. It had been wet so Bernie suggested the Cave rather than our original booking and we were very happy here. Would book again. Amazing views of the night sky. Great communication prior to arrival. Thanks Bernie and Jo.

Wynola Country Cousin Yellow Jacket

The host was more than hospitable! Easy to follow directions and then the host met me in town and guided me in the rest of the way. The camping site was spectacular! Quiet - only the sounds of birds and the meandering stream. Killarney is the home of genuine, honest people. So refreshing! Best camp-site I've been to in a very long time!
