"The Isle Innisfree" is an Irish poem, about a safe haven. It is a place to escape, to find peace and solitude from the busy ways of modern life. Our property Innisfree is just that to us, a beautiful peaceful haven. We are delighted to share the natural beauty of Innisfree with you and your family, and hope it will be as magical for you as it is to us. Céad Míle Fáilte A Hundred Thousand Welcomes Innisfree offers a spacious and private campsite, nestled beside the beautiful rocky Millar Vale Creek. Relax and unwind by the fire pit, or venture down the creek and explore the twists and turns of the crystal clear water. Located just over 1.5 hours from Brisbane, we are within easy reach for a perfect little getaway. We only have one site available so you will have this great little spot all to yourselves. We are within easy reach of Main Range National Park, Mount Cordeaux, and Mount Mitchell, as well as the Historic Maryvale Crown Hotel and Spicers Resort. Warwick is half an hour away. You are welcome to meander down the creek as far as next boundary if you so wish. Pets are welcome but must be kept on leash/restrained at night. 2nd stay here. Peace, quiet and tranquility. Only 2 nights this time, didn’t see another person. Maryvale pub is close by, good meals. I’ll be back for sure.

Millar Vale Creek Camping
Great spot for a large group
So peaceful and quiet we had a lovely week at Millar Vale Creek. It was a great place to camp with just the one spot we had plenty of room for our large group. I am sure we will be back again one day.

Millar Vale Creek Camping
The track down to the creek camp is impossible to get back up after some rain, particularly if you are towing, (I've got a light trailer) I'd say 2wd to top camps only, for this very reason. Turned up to cows flooding the campsite, they wouldn't move for a very long time and coated the whole campsite in dung, the creek was very still and full of slime, so i didn't let my dog play in there like i thought i could, I'm sure if your timing is good, this place would be really great.

Millar Vale Creek Camping
Such a quiet spot. You can see the road from the camp spot but maybe 2 or 3 cars a day so not an issue at all. There was enough water in the creek to cool down which was such a bonus.
