Amazing spot with an helpful host, been my regular spot for a few years. Close to anything and everything for your daily activities, such as the boat ramp for boating or kayaking, and close to the beach entry for some beach driving. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
(Always pack and prepare for the miggies and mozzies during the hotter seasons)

Peaceful area, lots of bugs around. There’s a nice little track down to a good fishing spot, at the end of the camp grounds.

Night of the Mozzie Horror Show
Mozzies, sandflies, horseflies, midges it has it all! We arrived in the afternoon & thought about leaving straight away but assumed it would be ok after dusk, Ah No, it was a night of terror for us & our dogs. Nothing stops them, we tried everything, they are ferocious. We waited till there was daylight at 4.30am in the morning to pack up & leave even though we were booked for another night. We are seasoned campers & have never experienced anything so horrific. We are now all suffering with a whole body full of itchy bites. We had read previous reviews & thought gee it can’t be that bad…..it is worse! Would never go again!

There is plenty of shade, the water is blue as blue can be, lots of different stops to choose from, most come with a fire pit.
The only down fall was the mozzies and match flies, they are blood thirsty af, so make sure to have repellent and coils at the ready
