Yaquina Bend
This campsite was better than we could have expected! We will definitely return. Hollie thought of extra things like chairs, outhouse, camp ring with lodge cooking pans, etc. driving to the beach was only about 20 minutes, it’s was nice to camp away from the crowds but be able to go visit the beach, restaurants and stores.

We liked staying there.
Sure, I can help you with that. Here is a possible way to rewrite your text: Private and cozy place with access to the river. There is plenty of space for playing and having fun with your family. Very dog friendly. Dinning table has shade that helps a lot in a hot day. And place around firepit has enough room for a large family.

This was a really neat spot about 25 mins away from Nye Beach. There were 3 other campsites on the property. 1 that you pass by when walking in to site. 2 others across a field a decent distance. You can see but still have privacy behind tent and cluster of blackberries. There is a short trail that leads to the swimming hole. There is not much private about this as any of the other campers can access it (the children from the other site did) but it’s super convenient access! Lots of room to roam and a hillside that you may be able to spot elk on. Hollie checked in before we arrived and offered us firewood to be delivered to site, which was super convenient! The tent was great and cots were very comfortable. My favorite part was bringing my dogs to the first beach area after the bridge. There was very shallow to 2.5 ft deep stretch with bedrock below. Perfect for my water newbie pup. They played for hours chasing sticks and each other. We even learned our puppy can swim as we made our way back to camp in the water vs using the trail. Even with the other campers here it would be hard to find that kind of space along the water in the summer! The cows, cat and goats gave this spot a bit extra charm. Would definitely book again!!!

As we got there we were greeted at the gate by Hollie she gave us instuctions on what all we needed to do to get to our site. She was sweet enough to bring us wood to our site. They have wagons to haul all of your stuff to your camp sote. Its about a 1/4 of a mile from where you park your car to the camp site. You load up and go therw the gate passing the cattle and goats. They like to greet you. Then you proceed over the wooden bridge and down the trail. The first part of the trail is easy to walk on. Once you get out to where the cap sites are its med rough terrain. Its pretty much a field with sites. They are spaced fairly far apart. This site we stayed in was not very private, kids and other camoers can see your site. I like privacy sot it was a little weird having kids running around close to our site. There was kids screaming playing very loud the second night we were there. So if you are looking for a private quite get away this would not be where you want to go. If you have a family kids this is a very nice place to bring them. Our site has a trail that goes down to a private small swim hole. Hollie left chairs and floats out for us. We never used them or swam. They had kids out playing outside across from the swim hole. I really was looking for a very quite camping trip with lots of privacy away from people. I will keep searching for that perfect spot. But like i said to my husband, if we decide to do a family trip this will be one we would live to bring the family to.
