Fall Creek State Recreation Area
Fall Creek State Recreation Area is all about the water. There's nothing like the sight of a 335-foot waterfall to make you appreciate nature at its best and boldest. This fir and pine soaked playground borders the Willamette National Forest, and isn't far from the Mount Pisgah Arboretum.
Boaters, swimmers and anglers alike will enjoy the fresh water at Fall Creek. You can find riverside camping, lake front sites, and cabins for colder weather. Most of the public parks offer camping from late spring to early fall with private locations offering yurts and cabins during the cooler months.
