Within the larger Grand Lake State Park lies a relaxing, grassy, tree-shaded camping and picnic area perfect for staying a while and enjoying the good life. At Honey Creek State Park you can set up your ideal home base and then get out and enjoy this activity-packed fun zone. The Grand Lake which partly runs through the Ozark Mountains, beckons you for a swim, or bring a boat and explore its massive shoreline. There is a fishing dock and cleaning station, so you can be a winner and bring home the fresh fish dinner. You might not want to miss the nearby 6-acre botanical garden or the golf course. For a night out, head over to the Grove Grand Opry for some down-home country entertainment. There’s lots to do here, and that is sweet!
