Nearby Dillon State Park features RV hookups and even has electricity available to tent campers, so you'll never have to worry about your camera or phone dying before you capture a shot of the stunning natural scenery. Check out Blue Lake State Park, where Cutler Lake beckons campers to the water for boating, fishing and swimming, or take it easy when you rent a cabin in Wolf Run State Park. Wolf Run offers a playground for the kids and basketball courts, plus communal areas to mingle with other campers. At Muskingum River State Park, challenge yourself by canoeing or motor boating down the river. Set up camp at primitive campsites along the journey and make your way through one of the river's locks, marveling at one of the country's greatest water engineering achievements. Bring your canoe as well to Wayne National Forest, where you can camp on a real farm, and then glide down the Little Muskingum River to its juncture with the big Ohio River.
