Defenders Retreat at Silver Point is a private campground just over an hour from Nashville, directly off I-40. The expansive 259-acre property offers 12 individual luxury campsites on the property from which to choose. Regardless of if you are looking for seclusion or the perfect views, we have the tent for you.
Campers are within minutes of amazing hiking at Cummins Falls State Park and Burgess Falls State Park and Natural Area. We are also ideally located close to wineries, distilleries and an abundance of wildlife. An outdoor concert stage is on the property for weekend concerts.Our luxury campsites sleep up to 6 campers - two on the Queen bed (with bedding and linens included) in the 10 x 12 platform safari tent and up to 4 additional campers in a pop-up tent that can be provided free upon request. Each luxury campsite comes with a picnic table, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs where you can kick back and take in the stars at night. Our campsite is also pet-friendly with a small pet fee.
There is a Loo (camping potty) at your campsite for convenience. Campers will also be able to access two full bathrooms with showers at the Pavilion in the front of the farm. However, the Tentrr Loo is convenient if you need to use the restroom in the middle of the night.
