Twenty two beautiful acres await you, rolling hills, back country sites, all the privacy you can stand while still providing adequate cell phone coverage... though you may have to walk to the top of a hill to make a call. This property predates the civil war and has a farmhouse (my house) that was built in 1889 sitting directly in the middle of the land. It's quiet, peaceful, loaded with wildlife such as deer, turkey, coyote, bobcat, possibly bear though I have yet to see one.
