17 years ago Jeannette and I found a small abandoned high mountain apple orchard and meadows growing back to forest. After much hard work, we founded a small community, restored the farm, and built a small rustic lodge in the forest. Our son Phillip is a certified yoga instructor, certified massage therapist, experienced in vipassana meditation, Eagle Scout, and certified Permaculture Instructor. I am a retired Landscape Architect, horticulturist, farmer, land steward and nature therapy advisor with training in Shinrin Yoku (aka "Forest Bathing") and Eco-Therapy. Jeannette is a retired elementary school teacher. We offer many ways of experiential learning opportunities via nature activities.
Your campsite is remote and quiet and embraced by the surrounding forest. You can help in our meditation gardens or our organic/permacu

Your campsite is remote and quiet and embraced by the surrounding forest. You can help in our meditation gardens or our organic/permaculture/biodynamic gardens and orchards, gather fresh produce from them and cook healthy meals over your campfire. Or you can just 'vegout' and enjoy the wisdom of the forest.
We provide you a gateway into the forest where you can "lose your mind and find your soul"!
