145 acres of country hillside located 3 miles south along State RT 305 and I-86 (E-W). Throughout western New York, there are weekly festivals and entertainment. Towns of populations of 1,000 to 2,000 for the most part within 10 miles of each other. A peaceful surrounding away from the city with a view. Please see notes on availability.
Property has trails for walking and riding and natural landscape for camping. It has a 15-acre field, grown-in pasture, old gravel pit, sugar bush, a man-made pond, a small creek with a small falls, a narrow gauge railroad bed from the 1880's when oil was discovered, spring water that runs about a mile from the back of our property to the front that used to feed the town of Cuba. There are mowed areas when time allows and the same goes for opening our trails. A good spot to sit back and open up s
