145 acres of country hillside located 3 miles south along State RT 305 and I-86 (E-W). Throughout western New York, there are weekly festivals and entertainment. Towns of populations of 1,000 to 2,000 for the most part within 10 miles of each other. A peaceful surrounding away from the city with a view. Please see notes on availability.
Property has trails for walking and riding and natural landscape for camping. It has a 15-acre field, grown-in pasture, old gravel pit, sugar bush, a man-made pond, a small creek with a small falls, a narrow gauge railroad bed from the 1880's when oil was discovered, spring water that runs about a mile from the back of our property to the front that used to feed the town of Cuba. There are mowed areas when time allows and the same goes for opening our trails. A good spot to sit back and open up some refreshments and unwind, recoup and relax. You can see a little of how life is here in western New York.

Hope this helps. Spring, Summer, and Fall come with beautiful colors of flowers, greenery and leaves and then of course there is the whites of Winter! You can also book by stopping! Not a big "camp ground" lined up with campers and all the amenities just a place to stop and be part of this part of nature and this neighborhood of good people! Many mowed areas and woods and trails!
Pitch your tent anywhere, or park your camper or RV near the main road. Rest and relax to recoup your energy while enjoying a mostly peaceful valley with a state road at the front of the property and dirt rural side roads surrounding the nearby properties so you can't really get lost. You'll have most of the 150 acres space to yourself. Wooded for the most part, with trails, one field, and one creek on a side hill. You’re probably well-aware of how Hipcamp partners with landowners (who become Hipcamp Hosts) to connect your property with folks who are looking for places to stay, camp, and enjoy the outdoors. All you need to get started is a flat spot where someone can pitch a tent or park an RV.
