Sam's Hill, New York
Our Camper is set on the top of our hill overlooking 10 acres. Many moons ago the property was part of an early settlement apple tree farm the original house is still across the street. The owners divided the property and our tree farm became a pony run where little kids would learn how to ride a horse. That horse loop eventually had a man made pond in the middle which is now a home for bass and blue gill. You can still see the remnants or the original stone wall that surrounded the apple trees and the area where the horses trotted. My current home is the old camp which has since had many upgrades and additions. The old day barn has been converted into a garden shed on one side and where we house the life jackets on the other.

The owners before us were quite interested in bird watching as part of the Cornell Crew and put in many plants to draw in native wildlife. It is spectacular.
