Lets just get it in the open: these tents are in a courtyard of a building (albeit a beautiful one) with no direct views of the ocean. There is minimal privacy, the tents are thin and noise tends to bounce around the courtyard at night (so expect to hear lots of young kids and families). That being said, our stay was incredible; the hosts were amazing and accommodating, the tents/beds are extremely comfortable, the showers were hot, coffee and tea are free in the mornings, and best of all, you're a 30 second walk to the water. The campsite is easy to get to, either via the ferry+uber, or via the subway+a long walk. There's a bar and restaurant in the adjacent building, and did I mention you can seamless food to your tent? The beach quiets down a lot at night and you and your fellow campers are the only people staying nearby, all but guarenteeing you a private beach after sunset. Id definitely visit again.
