A beautiful 86 acre farm in the hills above The Great Lakes (Myall, Smith & Wallis Lakes), 30 mins from Seal Rocks, just 10km off the M1.
A historic property previously run as a Dairy Farm which I've restored & turned into a Crabbet Arabian Horse Stud. These horses are rare and we have 15 in Wootton. The horses live in a natural herd environment on this beautiful property surrounded by State Forest.
The property offers magnificent vistas of horses, rolling green hills & ancient trees, and a huge dam for floating around. Sit, relax & enjoy the magnificent views or utilise the surrounding forests, beaches, lakes & winery. Farm produce available. Dams are stocked with yabbies & fish. Mini pig "Barney Rubble" and pony/ducks/chickens/guinea fowls to entertain little people.
