Shepherds Rest Site 3
We absolutely loved our Easter weekend at Shepards rest ( site 3)
Jacqui’s property was big enough that we had privacy but also felt inclusive of all the surroundings.
There was a fabulous claw foot bath, shower & toilet available for guest's to use & a guided feeding tour of the goats & lama was a highlight !!
Jacqui welcoming & happy to help with anything , I would highly recommend Shepards rest for anyone wanting a country farm getaway.

The perfect campsite for families
Jacqui's place is really great. Highly recommended for families for a quiet getaway. Jacqui is very friendly and welcoming and her goats are too. The facilities are good and her site is not like other larger camping grounds where there are lots of large groups up late making noise. Stunning night sky views and you'll even spot the odd train in the distance. Very highly recommended.

Beautiful place and people
My puppy and I had a great stay at Jacqui's! We were supposed to stay one day and decided to stay the whole weekend instead because we just loved it. Jacqui made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommending it!

Shepherds Rest Bunkhouse
What a beautiful place this is!
we absolutely loved our time here. The farm is such a fantastic place to unwind and see the true beauty of the area. The goats and dogs and chickens are all so fun to see and interact with. Jacqui is a wonderful host one of the best we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Worth a stop by and stay. We stayed in the bunkhouse and found it very comfortable and cosy. Would love to stay again.

Shepherds Rest Shipping Container
I really enjoyed my stay in the shipping container. It's a basic fit out but shared amenities are great and the bathroom is lovely. Jacqui was a superb host and I loved having Froddo and Poppie around. The scenery is gorgeous and it's the perfect spot for a couple nights away.
