Creature comforts
Enjoy the comforts of home at some sites—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.
On the creek banks of our Valla property, we have 2 separate levelled camp areas available for respectful campers to enjoy. Our family live on this property as well. We have some beautiful wildlife that have made our place their home or they often visit... including water dragons, kookaburras, kangaroos and an abundance of other bird life. Valla is located halfway between Sydney and Brisbane, 25mins south of Coffs Harbour and a short few minutes drive to Valla Beach, Macksville, Nambucca Heads and Urunga ... where you’ll find some of the best surf beaches and fishing spots on the Coast. We offer our private concrete boat ramp for access to the Creek for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, SUP boarding, crabbing or to launch your boat. The boat ramp is suitable for boats up to 4m in length. Site 1 is closest to the gate entry and has a firepit, bench seat and bbq table, power is an optional extra. Site 2 is at the rear of the property and has exclusive use of the fully enclosed camp kitchen, firepit and seating, no power available on this site. The boat ramp and bathroom facility is available for all campers to use * our fully enclosed camp kitchen has 1 large picnic table, sink, tank water, hot water service, gas BBQ, slow combustion stove and solar lighting. Outside the camp kitchen there is a firepit with hot plate, seating and umbrellas. A firewood pile is available for this sites use, please check for current fire restrictions before using the firepit. NOTE: The rear of our property has a main train line which gets used a couple of times each day.

Campt at Valla - Site 1
Very conveniently located spot for visiting local towns and nature. We did trips to Scott’s Head, Bongil Bongil national park and Nambucca for sunset. Very clean shower and toilet was a huge bonus. Kitchen also great. Would definitely recommend the rear site on the property over the first. To note, the train comes through the day and night and is very loud. The road is also loud. Pack your ear plugs!

Campt at Valla - Site 1
Nice place to stay, not too far from the main road, and directions made it very easy to access. Easy to communicate with the host, and the toilet and shower was clean and tidy

Campt at Valla - Site 2
We had an excellent time in Petes land, very quiet and relaxing place. We only had an opinion about the toilet as we were 8 people and there was another couple overthere, one toilet and one shower is not enough and it could be better if it was separated from the shower, it was very clean though.

Campt at Valla - Site 1
Amazing!
There were only 2 camp sites so it felt like nobody else around. Campsite facing a little river, great for fishing. The host offered and let us use the kayaks at no cost. Firewood at no cost. A cargo train rails are at the back of the property and you can see the train a couple of times a day, it can be annoying for some people I found it super cool specially at night. Little playground for children. Great toilet and hot shower. Less than 30 minutes from the beach.
