We are located 10 minutes from Sawtell and Coffs Harbour for all your supply needs, and we are 5 minutes from the international sports ground.  Our rural property is located in a picturesque valley. The Coffs Harbour region offers much to see and do. We are known for our beaches, the tropical rainforests and of course the Big Banana monument and amusement park. In the waters off Coffs Harbour Marina is the Solitary Islands Marine Park, home to abundant wildlife, seasonal whales and coral reefs. Just east is the Muttonbird Island Nature Reserve, with its large population of wedge-tailed shearwater birds.  Take a cruise, go for a bushwalk or simply relax.Flat fenced paddock in picturesque valley. Close to Coffs Harbour town and Sawtell beach and cafes. Best of both worlds. Can bring your dog if it doesn't chase horses and livestock. 15 minutes from Coffs a-harbour and close to many beautiful beaches. Easy access to state forests and national parks. Is freshly mowed.

Dogs, quiet, beaches & shops, close
Excellent site for me & my crew of 3 dogs. Quiet but close to shops, beaches and my family and it gave me space to just chill. Grassed area you can walk around barefooted if you liked. Easy to access, even for 2 wheel drive low clearance vehicle. Thanks Olga.

Green Paddock Close to Coffs
We loved this spot, if you love horses, this is the place for you. We had one put he’s head in the caravan . Beautiful hills and a lovely walk. Very quiet. Bring a shovel for the horse poo 🤣. Don’t forget 🔥 firewood.
