In 1961, my parents bought this farm. Over the years, the tillable land has been sold but we retained the wooded areas which is crossed by a stream. About 20 years ago, an adjacent 60 acres was donated for a county park. My property is bordered on two sides by the county park.
When I was in high school, we sold the dairy cows and started a bare bones horseback riding ranch using trails in these woods as riding trails.
There are numerous tent camping sites available around the property, all with fire rings. Most sites are a short walk from the camping sites.
