Mt. Shasta was covered by clouds, but we managed to get a peek. There are other properties around, so its not completely secluded.
Our set up for chillin and eating breakfast in the morning. The rain during the night prevented us from starting a fire, but we were able to enjoy the quiet morning..

The campsite is behind Sphinx rock. When you arrive, you drive past the house (or park there if tent camping) and the site is located right around the rock. It's feels so private - you can't even see the house - like you're own spot in the wild west. :)
