Garth's 640 acres features huge granite boulders, petroglyphs, caves, Joshua trees, cacti, yucca, lilies, birds, squirrels, rabbits, lizards, and many other species.
Our underlying principles are spiritual renewal, sustainability, living consciously with nature, interfaith cooperation; understanding, co-creating, and cooperating with humanity and all living creatures.
For almost 40 years Garth, the landowner, resident and head steward continues to create a place where people come together to share ideas, brilliance, and love in harmony with the natural world. Garth's tireless dedication has transformed the landscape by establishing fruit trees, grains, plants, flowers, and ponds that are enjoyed by frogs, fish, and birds.
The boulder gardens are beautiful and tranquil. Everywhere you look is majestic and captivating. New and old friends are encouraged to share the land; to appreciate its natural beauty.
Over the years, many saints, holy people, and light-workers of all types have retreated to this sacred site, in open-air caves and tiny structures to meditate and reflect, dreaming forth new and inspired ways.
Nature and people are continuously nurtured in this sacred oasis.
