In the land of Joshua Trees these 5 acres sit perfectly in a valley surrounded by beautiful mountains. This land is located on a semi-private dirt road in Landers, CA roughly 15 mins from the Downtown Joshua Tree and 25 minutes from the Joshua Tree National Park West Entrance Station. Be sure to stop by Coyote Corner on the way in or out of the park for unique gifts or maybe a shower. :)
Please respect the land and the wildlife - you may hear coyotes or you may see adorable roadrunners, rabbits, or kangaroo rats hoping around.
