The main draw to these parts is bank fishing, specifically six miles east of Jefferson. Chances are, if you’re visiting this area, you’re coming up from Pine Bluff, but if not, make the drive for The Arts and Science Center and annual events such as Harbor City Gumbo Festival, Smoke on the Water Barbecue Festival, Enchanted Land of Lights and Legends, and Boo on the Bayou Halloween Celebration.
